Plan
(2021-2035)

China,
the
sales
of
new
energy
vehicles
will
represent
20%
of
the
total
vehicles
sales
by
2025.
In
order
to
ensure
the
on
road
safety,
charging
and
drivers
with
electric
vehicles,
the
in
used
electric
vehicles
should
be
tested
and
evaluated
with
effective
and
pragmatic
method.
